By subscribing to Mint IPTV, you agree that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into this agreement. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

Your subscription is personal to you. You may not resell, share, or broadcast your login credentials publicly unless you are registered as an authorized Reseller partner.

Prepaid Service: Mint IPTV is a prepaid service. You are billed once for the duration you select (1, 3, 6, or 12 months). There are no contracts, and you are not automatically billed for renewal unless you explicitly enable auto-renew.

Currency: All transactions are processed in USD. If your bank account uses a different currency, your bank may apply a currency conversion rate.

We stand by the quality of our service. We offer a 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee for all new subscriptions under the following conditions:

• You are experiencing technical issues that our support team cannot resolve.
• The service is incompatible with your device despite following our installation guides.

Refunds are not issued for user error, slow internet connections on the client side (under 20Mbps), or channel lineup changes.

Mint IPTV provides access to live TV channels and VOD content managed by third-party providers. While we strive for 99.9% uptime:

• Channel Lineup: The specific channels and VOD content available may change at any time without notice. We do not guarantee the availability of any single specific channel.
• Events: During high-traffic sporting events, temporary buffering may occur due to internet congestion beyond our control.

We strictly prohibit the following activities:

• Re-streaming our content to public servers or websites.
• Sharing your account credentials with people outside your household (unless you have a multi-connection plan).
• Using a VPN IP that is blacklisted for abuse.

Violation of these terms will result in immediate account suspension without refund.

Authorized Resellers purchase credits to manage their own client base. Credits purchased by resellers are non-refundable once added to the panel balance. Resellers are responsible for providing first-line support to their own sub-clients.
